Adams Group provided master planning and design services including site analysis and selection. This new classroom and laboratory building and includes instructional space for science laboratories, including wet labs, computer labs and clinical labs, computer hub, classroom areas, administration, and lecture and seminar spaces in addition to student services area. Facade treatments offer a high tech image for the building with climatic elements considered a top priority. The design includes a circulation gallery in the first floor acting as a key entry point with a reception space for information display, security and gathering. Space modifications and reconfigurations developed to allow the expansion of the central mechanical system for the campus.
