The design team provided space planning and spatial organization services for this corporate office and showroom. The design reused much of the existing turn-of-the-century textile mill and features heart pine floors and heavy beams. The project is located at the edge of downtown Charlotte, serving as a catalyst for development including arts and businesses related spaces.
