This urban multi-use development includes Winston-Salem Visitors' Center, a farmers market along with retail and office area. The project is located in the central business district of Winston-Salem and played a significant role in urban revitalization process of the district. The final design includes a new visitor center, farmers market, the renovation of a historic warehouse, retail and office space. The farmers market was designed in the project to foster and support housing development in the city.
