A pre-engineered 20,000 sq. ft. building was constructed for Zagora Gears. The pre-engineered structure provided an economical open space area. This allows functions to be flexible and be changed as different production processes are needed. Mechanical units are provided along the ridge line of the building and are screened by large circular vents. The facility houses office space, production, quality assurance, inspection and accounting areas. The building offers a creative and economical solution for a production facility. After many alternative designs were developed for the building image, the owners selected bricks turned on edge to symbolize a gear as the facility icon.
