State Strategic Plan
In
October 2002, the Legislature approved and gave authorization to Minnesota
Department of Administration to fund the design and construction of offices
for the Department of Human Services, and the laboratories and shared
offices of the Departments of Agriculture and Health, with a total 700.000
gross sq. ft. The total cost of these two projects is 350 Million Dollars.
These two projects are based on the results of the strategic planning
and predesign studies developed by Adams Group Consultants and Hokanosn/Lunnning/Wende
Inc., over a period of two years of extensive action research, surveys,
interviews, work meetings, and workshops
